How this actually works

Your message is recorded, a copy goes to your inbox, and a person reads it. There is no support rota yet, so we will not promise you a reply within some number of hours we cannot keep. You will get a reference you can quote.

If you have found a security problem, the security page says what we ask of you and what we promise in return.

The only thing we will use it for is replying to this.

A sentence or two is plenty. Please do not include bank details, tax identification numbers, or anything about a specific person you pay.
