Benefits and retirement
Planned, not startedHealth cover and retirement, priced and enrolled without a separate system.
Can I run health cover and a 401(k) through this?
No, and there are deliberately no enrolment forms on the benefits page. A form that wrote a row into our database with no carrier on the other end would let somebody believe they had elected coverage, and that belief gets discovered at a hospital.
Benefits administration is not a feature you write, it is a set of relationships. Health cover means a licensed broker or a carrier appointment. A 401(k) means a recordkeeper and a plan document with a named fiduciary, non-discrimination testing and deposit deadlines measured in days. Each carries obligations that attach to whoever is administering them.
What the page does today is count who would be in scope, which is the first question a broker asks, and state what each benefit would take. It counts people; it does not decide who is eligible, because eligibility belongs to a plan document we do not have.

What works today
Nothing in this area is built yet. It is listed because it is part of the product we intend to have, not because any of it is available.
What does not, and why
Health, dental and vision
A licensed broker or carrier appointment, and ACA reporting above fifty full-time employees.
401(k) and retirement
A recordkeeper, a plan document with a named fiduciary, and non-discrimination testing.
HSA, FSA and commuter
A custodian or plan administrator, and a pay run for the deduction to reach.
Workers’ compensation
A carrier. Mandatory in nearly every state and assessed off payroll data, which makes it the one most often discovered late.
Every line in this area
The same catalogue the pricing table is built from, filtered to this area. One list, one set of markers, everywhere.
- Planned
Health, dental and vision
Choose a plan that fits your budget and headcount, enrol your team, and have the deductions come out of payroll on their own.
- Planned
401(k) for your team
Set up through a licensed provider, enrolled from the same screen as everything else, deducted from payroll automatically and reconciled against the ledger.
- Planned
Solo 401(k)
The owner-only plan, with employee and employer contributions both handled, and the deduction flowing straight through payroll.
- Planned
Health reimbursement
Reimburse premiums and medical costs without running your own scheme.
- Planned
Bring an existing plan across
If you already offer benefits, the plan moves with you rather than being rebuilt.
Read the markers, not the length of the list
Anything marked planned or being built is not working today and is not charged for. Moving money needs a licensed partner and filing needs a status granted by each tax authority — neither is a matter of writing more code, and neither is claimed here.
